Founded in 1947, Pieffe began as a manufacturer of technical rubber parts for the automotive and motorbike sectors. Today, the company specializes in cast polyurethane production, offering a wide range of hardness levels (from 5/10 shore “A” to 85/90 shore “D”). Thanks to flexible production facilities, Pieffe can produce both small components and large, complex items —from single prototypes to large-scale batches. The company also provides polyurethane and rubber coating for wheels, rollers, cylinders, and drums, up to 1250 mm in diameter and 5000 mm in length. A newly installed, advanced coating line now allows processing of items up to 1500 mm in diameter and 5500 mm in length, using a wide variety of elastomers. Pieffe stocks a wide selection of semifinished products for the normalized expeller industry (e.g., square sections, plates, centrifuged sheets) and produces pipes, rods, and flanged curved elements on request. These are designed for handling abrasive materials and help reduce noise thanks to full polyurethane coating.
